Frederikssund Marina lies by Kalvøen on Roskilde Fjord, north-west of Copenhagen. It combines harbour facilities with access to waterfront paths and the town. The open-air Viking theatre and reconstructed Viking settlement are close by, and the Fjord Trail passes through the harbour area.

Guest berths and arrival

The marina welcomes visiting sailors and participates in Frihavnsordningen, a reciprocal scheme for member boating clubs. Find guest and payment information and follow the harbour’s instructions on arrival.

Contact the harbour office about a suitable berth, longer stays or arrival outside office hours. Check the harbour’s current notices about passage through Kronprins Frederiks Bro before sailing.

Facilities and time ashore

There is electricity and water on the pontoons, plus a floating building with toilets, showers and an accessible toilet. A mast crane is also available. Arrange any specialist service with the harbour office.

Walk towards the Viking settlement, Kalvøen or the town centre. Kalvøen Beach is a local swimming option. Frederikssund Harbour Bath is a separate attraction by the town’s cultural harbour.
