Roskilde Lufthavn is around 30 minutes' drive from Copenhagen, depending on the starting point and traffic, and offers a unique setting for meetings, workshops and corporate events at an active airport, with aircraft movements and hangars forming part of the surroundings. Participants can meet in a modern meeting room for up to 18 people. Options for larger events are agreed directly with the airport. The airport environment adds an experience beyond the ordinary.

Roskilde Lufthavn offers modern meeting facilities, catering and the opportunity to tailor the day to the group's needs, whether the focus is on in-depth work, strategy or team building. The meeting room can be hired with or without catering.

Breaks and activities

During breaks, participants can take in the airport's distinctive atmosphere or enjoy views of the aircraft from the VIP lounge overlooking the apron. By arrangement, the meeting day can also be combined with activities such as an airport tour, hangar visits or other tailored experiences that offer an insight into daily life at an active airport.
