Fjordlandet Outdoor – Guided Nature Experiences in Skjoldungernes Land National Park

Fjordlandet Outdoor offers weekly hiking and cycling tours as well as kayak and paddleboard trips throughout the national park. Many tours begin at Roskilde Harbour, while others start from different locations around the park. Active experiences are combined with scenic surroundings and a strong sense of togetherness.

Local Guides and Living Stories

Tours are led by local guides with in-depth knowledge of the national park. Along the way, stories are shared about nature, cultural heritage and the area’s historical significance – from the Viking Age to the present day. Selected tours include visits to local food producers, where participants may meet dedicated local entrepreneurs and enjoy tastings or a shared lunch.

Shared Experiences in Nature

Fjordlandet Outdoor focuses on experiencing nature together. Participants walk, cycle and paddle side by side through forests and along fjord trails, where community is an essential part of the experience. Routes may pass through Boserup Forest, Bidstrup Forests, along the Fjord Path and Skjoldungestien, or on Roskilde Fjord and Isefjord – landscapes shaped by history.
