A spring close to Roskilde Cathedral

Maglekilde is the strongest of Roskilde’s visible, named springs. Its water powered mills and early industry for centuries. A short walk from Roskilde Cathedral, you can see the spring house and the Neptune figure where the water flows out. The water is led onwards towards Sct. Hans Spring and Byparken.
