Hjortevej Strand is in southern Kulhuse beside Isefjord, on Zealand’s Hornsherred peninsula. The roughly 300-metre beach has a sandy seabed, shallow water and a grassy area with a few trees and shrubs.

Access and facilities

The beach is at the end of Hjortevej, connected to Gammel Kulhusvej. There are no public parking spaces or toilets at the beach. A nearby jetty belongs to a private boat club and is not a public bathing jetty. Follow local signs and check the bathing-water quality before swimming.
