Gusto Giusto is a small restaurant with a maximum capacity of 35 guests. The menu offers classic Italian regional dishes as well as more innovative gourmet dishes and new interpretations.

Gusto Giusto has a strong focus on sustainability and ecology, both in cooking and in other processes. All ingredients, including classic Italian products such as ham, cheese and wine, are organic and have been awarded the Ministry of Food's Gold Organic Label.
